Instructions For Online Registration

1. The online registration forms will be available at the school website from 14.04.2020 (Tuesday) to 29.05.2020 (Friday). The last date for receiving all forms is 29.05.2019(Friday).
2. Submit the details online and pay Registration Fee of Rs. 100/- online. You will receive an acknowledgement mail having registration number and online payment details.
3. Completed Registration Form needs to be submitted online latest by 29.05.2020 (Friday).
4. Children whose birth date fails between 1st April 2016 and 31st March 2017 are eligible for registration for the academic session 2020-21. The child must be 3 years by 31.03.2020
5. Those who will be selected will be called for the verification of the submitted data. Please bring hard copies of the pre-filled and signed online Registration Form along with the self-attested photocopies of the original documents as supporting evidence; on the day of verification. Submission of incorrect data may lead to cancellation of place on the list.

Self attested documents to be uploaded along with the Registration Form:

1. Child's-Birth Certificate, Aadhar card, and 2 Photographs.
2.Parent's/Guardian's-Aadhar Card and 2 Photographs each. Self attested documents required at the time of admission.
3. Child's-Aadhar Card/4 Photographs and TC original (K.G.Onwards)
4. Parent's/Guardian's-Aadhar Card/Address Proof and 4 Photographs each.
